Nurture Fitness is a female-focused fitness studio in South Canterbury’s Timaru. At the helm is Janelle Rathgen, a passionate advocate for women’s health and fitness. With over a decade of experience specializing in women’s physical well-being, Janelle understands the unique challenges women face at different stages of life—from postnatal recovery to rebuilding strength after illness or injury.

Exercise is more than just movement—it’s an opportunity to recharge, rebuild confidence, and feel empowered. Janelle knows that regular movement can boost energy, strengthen the core, improve posture, and enhance mental well-being, all while creating a strong foundation for lifelong health.

With these needs in mind, Janelle has developed a child-friendly fitness studio offering Pilates classes and personal training, tailored specifically for women.
